Porting update

The work on our port to NeoAxis 0.91 continues merrily, although I haven't actually seen much of the loading speed improvements we'd get. Still, the new shadow-casting mode that it includes might turn out to be superior to the one we're currently using. Also, this time we're working with the commercial-license files from the start, so there's no confusion of which files comes from what package.

I just finished re-adding the chatbox from the old version, though I fixed it so it should no longer cut off words in the middle if there's a space before the word that could also be used instead. It's also a bit wider than before, and shouldn't hide half of the last line of text that was said.

Warp points work now, allowing admins (well, anyone at the moment) to freely port around to any defined area. This is obviously also useful as a framework for the recalls.
